I’ve been a certified personal trainer since 2009 and a nutrition coach for over a decade. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients—people from all walks of life—helping them lose weight, get stronger, and feel confident in their bodies again.

But before I became a coach, I was frustrated too. Despite years of hard training, I never looked the way I wanted. I chased every fitness tip, followed every “expert trick,” and wasted money on supplements that promised results they never delivered. I trained hard but felt like I was always spinning my wheels.

I know what it feels like to give your all and still not see progress.

That experience pushed me to dig deeper—to question the mainstream fitness narrative, study what actually works, and create a system that helps people get real, lasting results. Along the way, I’ve completed marathons, extreme events, bodybuilding prep, and earned spots in the CrossFit Quarterfinals multiple times.

But my proudest accomplishments are helping everyday people break free from the cycle of quick fixes and finally feel in control of their health.

In addition to holding accreditations from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a certified trainer and nutrition coach, Gerald has been working with clients since 2009. Over the years, he has helped hundreds of individuals with varying levels of fitness and different health conditions. This extensive experience has given him a deep understanding of what truly works for sustainable weight loss and fitness—from both a scientific and behavioral perspective. Gerald’s approach combines evidence-based strategies with practical insights to create a comprehensive, results-driven program tailored to each client’s needs.

What kind of results should I expect?

The results you achieve will ultimately depend on the amount of effort you’re willing to put in.
