We’ll start with a private consultation to understand your goals, challenges, and lifestyle — creating a foundation that aligns with who you are and where you want to go. Next, you’ll receive a custom meal plan built around your preferences, schedule, and goals — whether that’s losing weight, improving performance, or simply feeling better day to day. Throughout the eight weeks, you’ll have one-on-one accountability coaching, including a weekly check-in for support, progress tracking, and adjustments as needed — plus text message support to help you stay consistent between sessions. This program is designed to keep you focused, supported, and moving forward — one week at a time.
